March a Mile is a recognized 501-c3 non-profit organization (EIN # 82-1961380) dedicated to helping Veterans, First Responders, Homeless and their Families who suffer from PTSD,MST, Substance Abuse and other issues. We will at all times honor and follow our Veterans Creed.
MAM meetings are designed for individuals and their families who suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) MST (Military Sexual Trauma) and other issues to come together, fellowship and support each other through sharing and planned activities. These meetings are designed to create a community of individuals who understand and relate to each other get out of their heads and learn to live a happy and productive life.
March A Mile event staff travels the country attending events, such as Stand Downs,Farmers Markets, Community Meetings and other related Veterans events. We are dedicated to spreading the word at a grassroots level on the seriousness of PTSD, MST and suicide prevention.
Our team reaches out to Veterans who need help but are confined to Jail, Hospitals and Retirement Homes.
Our teams go out and find our homeless brothers and sisters and help provide them with necessities such as blankets, hygiene items, socks and clothing.
